1969 Camaro (Digital - Vector Version) WIP

Here are a couple of shots showing the vector version of the vintage Camaro SS that will also be portrayed in my oil pastel version. This one will constitute part of the digital colour concept that the oil pastel version will be based on. The two shots show the "wireframe" skeleton and the preview mode of the vector drawing before colour is added. The file can be exported into photoshop with the layers appearing in photoshop as well.

A couple of in-progress shots to work out the background for the pastel commission, both rendered with Adobe Illustrator then imported in Photoshop. For fun, I tried a ghosted version on top of the pen sketch, makes for an interesting contrast. This style might make for an interesting series for other marques.

An update on the photoshop version, added the wheel. Slow and steady! Please keep in mind, I'm not going for extreme detail here, just a comp that I can quickly lay into different backgrounds once I have painted them in acrylics, plus this will serve as a basis for the colour/lighting of the small acrylic sketch and the final pastel, which right now seems like an eternity away, lol.
