A Rose for Sara

A painting I just completed. It's from a photo I took of my late wife Sara back in 1995. I placed her in a bit of an idealistic setting as a tribute to her memory. Here she's showing our two-year old son Michael a black-capped chickadee, hoping it may land on her outstretched finger. Acrylic on board, 16.75" x 24.5"
