ME-109 Sketch

This is a small acrylic study for a larger pastel I would like to tackle. 7x5, acrylic on board.

Miss Detroit update

I have added some "Marsden Matting" into the sketch. It was suggested to me that I should add it in for some historical accuracy. It's a bit daunting but I hope that the extra effort will be worth it when this piece is complete. There's a few other perspective issues that I need to deal with as well. Will post more once I get a chance to do some further work on it.

John Lennon Print Special Order

I had a special order for my print of John Lennon from a buyer who would like it sent to an ill friend. He asked for the title "Imagine" to be added to the image in addition to his friend's name, her name is "Len", by coincidence when you think about it, it's almost like it is short for Lennon. I had it printed on a very nice Canson art paper, a cold press surface, I think that his friend will be happy with it. This image is a digital recreation of the framed print. Here is a testimonial from the buyer:
"Hi Norb, Len is doing better, thank you for asking. I'm very sorry to hear about your wife. I hope you have extended family to support you especially during the holidays. I can only IMAGINE how you must feel. Take care Norb, Merry Christmas to you."

Pink Ribbon Kit

Finally completed the Pink Ribbon Kit for the CBCF. I hope to do more volunteer work for them in the fight against breast cancer.

Christmas at the Niche

Maddy and I went to the niche on Sunday to share a part of our Christmas tree and an ornament with Sara. I feel that even though Sara isn't here physically she is here spiritually.
